The Tuttnauer 2340EK Autoclave is a reliable sterilizer that includes racks, 3 trays, power cord, reservoir cap, and operator's manual. This unit is fully reconditioned and certified to factory standards and cleans various equipment for laboratories, clinics, and hospitals.

All certified autoclaves have a new preventative maintenance kit installed, which includes new gasket and filters. We also perform a complete calibration to manufacturer specifications, spore test, and complete flush of the system.

The Tuttnauer 2340EK Autoclave comes pre-loaded with cycles for unwrapped instruments, wrapped/packs, liquid and drying cycles. In addition, the sterilizing and drying cycles each have an automatic shut-off function for safety. Another safety feature is the double-locking mechanism on the door that prevents users from opening the chamber while it's under pressure. 

Maintenance and cleaning features include a low water sensor that lets users know when insufficient water is in the chamber, as well as a front drain valve. The device is also equipped with audible and visual cycle alerts, a power outage recovery system, and temperature and pressure stabilization monitor.
