The Sitfit is an inflatable cushioned balance disc, slightly bigger then the SISSEL Sitfit - 33 cm, for active sitting or standing, and other multiple uses. It works your stomach and abdominal muscles while you are sitting, providing a mini work out whilst you work. It can double as a sitting cushion, or be used for exercises.

The Sitfit can also be perfect for strengthening your feet and ankles, as a far more convenient alternative to the wobble board.
