The Medela Universal Rail Holder (#5207013) can be used to affix the Medela Vario 18 Suction Pump to any weight-bearing surface. To be used with Vario rail holders (#0770821 or #0770825). Rail is 11.5" x 1" x 0.375". It can also be used to affix the Invia Liberty.
