The JPD-FR202 Infrared Thermometer measure the human body (or object, such as milk and water) temperature based on the infrared energy emitted by the forehead. After being focused by a lens, the energy is converted into a temperature reading by the thermopiles and measurement circuit. It may be used by medical professionals or by consumers in a home environment on both babies and adults.
The thermometer consists of a shell, LCD, buttons, a beeper, infrared temperature sensor, and microprocessor.
