The Dynarex Transparent Island Dressing is made of a transparent film combined with an absorbent pad into one dressing for an ideal wound healing environment. They're best for packing large wounds, and come in three sizes: 4" x 4", 6" x 6", and 8" x 10".
These Transparent Dressing are a thin, clear, sterile dressing that keeps out water, dirt, and germs, but is semipermeable to let skin breathe. The central pad on the Island Dressing absorbs exudation and resists to stick to the wound surface.
