MyLab™Gamma is a best in class, highly-portable, ‘green’ ultrasound system. As a recognised leader in ergonomics and design lead simplicity, Esaote has engineered the MyLab™Gamma to meet the rigorous demands of the sonographer’s working environment, particularly those using ultrasound systems for many hours a day, without compromising diagnostic confidence.
The new portable ultrasound MyLab™Gamma is an extremely mobile system that can be easily shared between different departments within a clinic or hospital and can also be brought on-site without any problem.
Highly portable and battery-operated, the MyLab™Gamma offers fast boot times and a rapid resume from standby mode which means the system is ready to use within seconds.
Our design concept matches sonographer’s wishes: it increases comfort and satisfaction, which in turn supplies an increased diagnostic confidence.
A high resolution widescreen monitor can be rotated through +90/-90 degrees to increase comfort, and allows an examination to be shared with the patient or colleague. An almost silent cooling system improves the quality of the working environment and reduces operator disturbance.
Esaote’s simple-to-use, eTouch™ screen-based interface guides the operator through set-up and image capture, enabling faster workflow. The innovative and modern user interface implementing the eTouch™ technology offers an extraordinary improvement for the ultrasound users: the right transducer and the right preset, in one touch. Customized settings and multiple functions can be organised according to clinical preferences and then easily recalled by just pressing a button.
The appleprobe keeps hand and wrist in their natural alignment distributing the grip throughout the whole hand as one grips an apple. You can relieve tension on the fingers and the wrist, when not scanning, simply by keeping the probe between the fingers.

Two transducer connectors allow two probes to be connected to the system: switching the probe selection during an examination is simple, further increasing efficiency and workflow. An optional multi-connector is available, allowing up to four transducers to be connected and selected via the intuitive software interface.
