The Amrex Z-Stim IF250 Interferential/Russian Stimulator (01-IF250) is a microprocessor controlled muscle stimulator with a patient treatment stop switch, digital display, and intensity reset settings.

The featured patient treatment stop switch is intended to reassure patients during their treatment. If they experience any discomfort, they can press the patient switch and halt the treatment. Additionally, for practitioners there’s a intensity reset function that prevents one patient’s settings from overlapping with another appointment.

This stimulator utilizes three modalities: Quad-Polar interferential, Bi-Polar interferential and Russian stimulation. Interferential currents are are therapeutic for the stimulation of muscles or nerves for acute pain, edema reduction, and muscle rehabilitation. The Quad-Polar Interferential and the Bi-Polar modality each have twelve selectable beat frequency settings, and the Quad-Polar Inferential has an output cycle that increases the interferential stimulation target field. The Russian (2500 Hz) modality contains a two-channel Russian stimulation with four-pad support for a continuous treatment mode.
