The Micro-Lo Pleural Drainage Suction Unit combines a safety-relief water manometer, atmosphere vent and a combination water-seal/trap bottle to create a seamless suction circuit. This unit can also be attached to a line vacuum regulator to reduce the need for needle valve adjustments. The safety-relief water manometer contains a push-rod that is immersed in the tube by the physician. It produces a stream of bubbles through the manometer to measure the activity of the safety-relief valve.
All pieces of the unit can be cleaned with a cold disenfectant, and the manometer tube and push-rod are constructed from a durable plastic material.
