The 3M Littmann Binaural Tubing for Classic Series Stethoscopes (#78808329094) is a replacement tubing used with the Classic II S.E., Classic II, Classic II Pediatric and Infant, and Select and Lightweight II S.E. stethoscopes.

The binaural assembly (tubing, eartubes, and eartips) allows for cost-effective replacement of worn assemblies.
